AAJ KA PANCHANG, 1 APRIL 2022: Panchang for Friday or Shukravar will mark Amavasya Tithi by Krishna Paksha in Chaitra month. The day will be observed as the successful Chaitra Amavasya. This day prepares Hindu devoted kheer or halwa and serves it as Prasad to the Lord. People also fast for a day on the day they usually break after the new moon begins to appear. The day will also be marked as Shukravar fasting. People are holding on to impressing the goddess Lakshmi on this day and seeking her blessings for wealth and prosperity.

According to Panchang, the sun is forecast to rise at 06.11 and set at 18.39 on April 1. The moon is expected to rise at 6.20. The time of the lunar fall is forecast to be 18.50.

Amavasya tithi starts at 12.23 on 31 March and will remain until kl. 11.53 on 1 April. On Friday, after kl. 11.53, Pratipadha tithi will enter into force, marking the beginning of the month Shukla Paksha from Chaitra. Uttara Bhadrapada Nakshatra or the constellation will be present until 10.40 on April 1st. On Friday, both the moon and the sun will be in Meena Rashi.
Shubh Muhurat for April 1st
The promising Brahma Muhurat will reign from 04.39 to 05.25. Abhijit Muhurat will be from 12.00 to 12.50 on Friday. The times for Godhuli Muhurat are from 06.26 to 18.50. Vijaya muharat will fall from 2.30pm to 3.20pm.
Ashubh Muhurat for April 1st
According to Drik Panchang, Rahu Kaal will start at 10.52 and end at 12.25 while Gulikai Kaal will rule from 07.45 to 09.18 on Friday. The times for Yamaganda Muharat will be from 03.32 to 05.05. Dur Muharat will fall twice on April 1. It will be from 08.41 to 09.31 and from 12.50 to 01.40.
