Dharm Yoddha Garud’s Faisal Khan reveals he ‘felt like giving up’: I thought Faisal was gone

Actor Faisal Khan reveals that he had self-thoughts and felt like giving up after his injury that left him in bed for eight months.

The dancer, actor Faisal Khan had a serious accident on the sets of his TV show Chandragupta Maurya on August 28, 2019. Khan underwent surgery which resulted in a rod being placed in his leg. “For a dancer, his legs are everything,” Khan mentions.

The actor was put to bed for almost “eight months” after the operation. “I did not even know if I would ever be able to go again. But I’m glad I’m doing a show where I fly,” says the actor who made a comeback on television after a short sabbatical with a mythological drama, Dharm Yoddha Garud.

Still not recovering from his injury, Khan and the world went into a deadlock together, which resulted in his sabbatical being extended. The time to recover and figure out where life is taking you was not easy for Khan. “I felt that Faisal was gone. The dancer who used to make everyone happy is gone. I did not know if I could dance. And I did not even think about acting, I thought I would never be able to do it. It was a depressing feeling. I used to feel kuch nahi hoga life mein.I felt like giving up and honestly suicidal thoughts bhi ate the. But physiotherapy, friends and a psychiatrist balanced me and helped me sail through it Dharm Yoddha Garud remember the actor.

Khan calls that period “tough times” and admits that he “has always been a survivor”. The actor conveys that he is so happy to see himself on the banners for his show. “I used to tell my friends that this was going to happen. This is like my Baahubali moment. I manifested it,” he concludes.
