Ever since the release of the JEE Main announcement, the JEE Main 2022 session 1 exam date has also changed. JEE Main will now be held on 21, 24, 25, 29 April and 1 May and 4 May. The dates changed after the students launched an online campaign claiming that their JEE Main date clashes with other exams. Despite changed dates, some students still want to postpone the exams.

In addition to the extension of the deadline, NTA has also added a total of 12 new foreign cities. This means that JEE Main 2022 will now be held in a total of 25 degree centers. This, NTA claims, has been done based on “demand from the Indian diaspora in various foreign cities.”
